Physiotherapy and rehabilitation

We can offer you a variety of Physiotherapy services to effectively diagnose and treat many disorders and injuries affecting the neuromusculoskeletal system. We take a holistic approach in assessing and managing your problem with tried and tested methods to help restore your body to its optimum capacity.

Physiotherapy for all ages

As you get older back pain and arthritis can stop you from participating in activities you’ve always enjoyed. Physiotherapy can help by working on problem muscles and joint conditions so that you’re physically at your best. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and exercises that can be completed at home. That way we can minimise the disruptions that muscles and joint conditions can cause to your life, helping you stay active so that you can continue to move well and stay well.

Anatomical dry needling

Intramuscular stimulation, Anatomical Dry Needling uses filiform needles to help relieve muscle pain. This technique is common for overcoming sports injuries and is an effective and relatively pain free treatment. Dr Chan Gunn in 1977, described Dry Needling as intramuscular stimulation, a western technique with the use of acupuncture needles. It is an adjunct treatment modality based on anatomical and biological concepts. Anatomical Dry Needling has been found to be effective in a number of acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal disorders. Our clinic ensures the highest level of competence to maintain minimal pain during treatment.
